No. AGVs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

AEON Co Bhd is not liable for any loss or damages suffered by the bearer due to any lost or stolen AGV. If the AGV becomes faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing or technical defect, please contact our Customer Careline team via feedback@aeonretail.com.my for rectification details . Any request for a replacement of AGV must be supported with the existing faulty AGV which shall be returned to AEON Co. (M) Bhd.

Where the value of goods is less than the face value of the voucher, the difference shall not be refunded to the bearer. 

Yes you can. Where the value of goods exceeds the amount of AGV, the bearer may pay the difference in cash or any other preferred payment method supported by AEON Co. (M) Bhd. 

Currently, AGV cannot be used for payments on our online platforms such as myAEON2go. AGV can only be redeemed at our physical AEON stores.

AGV cannot be redeemed at AEON BiG, Komai-so or Daiso. AGV can only be used at the following Aeon locations: https://www.aeonretail.com.my/promotion/store-locations/  (AEON stores, AEON Wellness & MaxValu only)

You can purchase AGV vouchers from any of our AEON’s store Customer Service Counters. 

You can make payment via cash, cheque, credit card or telegraphic transfer (TT).

We do not provide delivery services for the AGV. However you can collect your voucher from any AEON store nationwide. 

Yes, you can with the original authorization letter from the purchaser, proof of payment together with a copy of the purchaser and collector’s IC/PASSPORT respectively.

No cancellation, exchange and refund are allowed once payment is approved.

You can buy as many Aeon Gift Voucher as you deserve and there no minimum spend imposed i.e. you can even buy RM10 voucher if you want.

For bulk or corporate purchase, reservations need to be made prior to the collection date at least 2 weeks before to ensure the stock is available.

There is no discount for any bulk purchase.

1. The value of this voucher stated herein is in Malaysian Ringgit.
2. This voucher allows the holder/bearer to redeem goods at any of the AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) outlet. However, it cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender.
3. During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.
4. However, if the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
5. AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the vouchers.
6. Damaged vouchers shall be considered as invalid vouchers and will not be replaced.
7. The purchase of this voucher does not permit the purchaser to claim any of the AEON Card rebates or points.
8. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other denominations.
9. Voucher shall be valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of date shall be given.
10. AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. Baucar ini melayakkan pemegang untuk menebus guna barangan di mana-mana cawangan AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) dan ianya tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai atau sebarang bentuk tender yang sah.
3. Sekiranya nilai belian melebihi nilai baucer, baki selebihnya perlu dibayar oleh pemegang baucer.
4. Sekiranya nilai belian kurang daripada nilai baucer, bakinya tidak akan dipulangkan kepada pemegang.
5. AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan baucer ini dan sebarang kerugian yang di alami oleh pemegang baucer disebabkan oleh kehilangan atau kerosakan baucer ini.
6. Baucer yang rosak dianggap tidak laku dan tidak boleh ditukar ganti.
7. Pembelian baucer ini tidak melayakkan pemegang baucar untuk mendapatkan rebet atau poin AEON Card.
8. Baucar ini tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukarganti dengan baucer yang lain nilainya.
9. Baucar ini sah sehingga tamat tempoh yang ditetapkan dan tiada lanjutan tarikh dibenarkan.
10. AEON CO.(M) BHD. (126926-H) berhak untuk menukar mana-mana terma dan syarat di atas pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis.
