AEON’s Click & Collect now allows shoppers from Johor Bahru and Singapore to easily purchase grocery items online before conveniently collecting them later at the kiosk or through the drive thru lane located inside AEON Bukit Indah, Johor.

Collaborating with honestbee – one of Asia’s leading online concierge and delivery service providers, AEON’s Click & Collect aims to make not only offline shopping, but also online shopping even more convenient. Although the current online shopping offers the convenience of delivery to your doorstep, it also means that shoppers are restrained, in means of time and location, while they wait for their delivery. With the introduction of this new service, AEON will provide online shoppers with the freedom to drop by AEON’s store at their own convenience. The drive thru lane offers further convenience to those who wish to enhance the efficiency of their daily grocery shopping. Furthermore, offline shoppers can now maximise their onsite shopping experience such as dining, watching movies together, or even spending an unforgettable time in AEON’s Molly Fantasy indoor theme parks, knowing that the family’s grocery supplies are already taken care of.

With Click & Collect, AEON will combine the convenience of online shopping, with the joy of spending a good time together with families and loved ones inside an integrated lifestyle shopping store such as AEON Bukit Indah – a still favourite feature with most Malaysian and Singaporean shoppers especially during weekends and public holidays.

AEON’s Click & Collect key features:
• 1st Click & Collect with Drive-thru Lane in Malaysia; Customers have the option to purchase online and pick up the purchased items at the drive thru lane before heading home.

• 1st Click & Collect with Self Pick Up service in Malaysia; Customers can now shop online via honestbee’s online platform and self-pick up at the kiosk after a good day-out at the Mall or on the way home after work or also those travelling after work from Singapore.

• 1st Personal Shopper service in Southern Region via honestbee’s online platform; Customers can purchase groceries and daily commodities 24/7 from wherever they are through AEON Bukit Indah store site inside honestbee’s online platform and have it delivered to their doorstep.

The pickup and delivery services are available 7 days a week, with time slots that can be selected between 11AM to 9PM.

Prior to the Click & Collect service, AEON, in partnership with honestbee, has been expanding its home delivery service. The service has been gaining customers’ confidence resulting in 5 consecutive months of successful expansion; in addition to the initial launch in AEON Mid Valley, the service is now available at AEON Taman Maluri, AEON Cheras Selatan, MaxValu Prime Sphere Bangsar South and AEON Wellness Mid Valley.
