Consultation Assistant Manager - Wellness Pharmacy LAST UPDATE 19 July 2016
Responsibilities
    1. Health & Beauty Consultation
  • Assist in implementation of consultation services & set methods for evaluation of effectiveness for customer demand.
  • Assist to introduce, plan and arrange new pharmacy services and its mechanics for Wellness.
  • 2. Training
  • Assist in conducting training & prepare training materials for Pharmacists & Beauty Advisors.
  • Assist in implementation of training scheme for shop general staff.
  • Assist in training arrangement and scheduling with suppliers or external trainers.
  • 3. Store Operations & Compliance Assist in new shop opening & expansion.
  • Assist in audit of pharmacy & ensure all procedures are in accordance with company SOP & regulatory authorities of Malaysia.
  • Assist in licensing issues.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri, Cheras.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
