Responsibilities
1. Health & Beauty Consultation
-
Assist in implementation of consultation services & set methods for evaluation of effectiveness for customer demand.

Assist to introduce, plan and arrange new pharmacy services and its mechanics for Wellness.
2. Training
- Assist in conducting training & prepare training materials for Pharmacists & Beauty Advisors.
- Assist in implementation of training scheme for shop general staff.
- Assist in training arrangement and scheduling with suppliers or external trainers.
3. Store Operations & Compliance
Assist in new shop opening & expansion.
- Assist in audit of pharmacy & ensure all procedures are in accordance with company SOP & regulatory authorities of Malaysia.
- Assist in licensing issues.

Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri, Cheras.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
